Fox Hollow Tales: Wojer & the Wizard of the Wood
The neighborhood bully, Lily Fox, tries to scare Wojer with a story about a wizard who turns anyone who picks berries at the Old Lark Meadow into frogs. Wojer humorously turns the tables on Lily and her friends, proving that just because you are little, doesn’t mean you can’t outsmart the neighborhood bully.
This is the first book in the Fox Hollow Tales series, written and illustrated by yours truly (with lots of help from the Big Man upstairs!) There are 28 pages full of colorful and charming watercolor illustrations and a story that teaches a nice lesson to readers without being preachy or didactic.
The second title, Pearl and the Fox Hollow Harvest Scare will be arriving this fall.
